GAS PIPELINE OPERATION MODES OPTIMIZATION WITH ENERGY COSTS OF GAS TRANSPORTATION IN VIEW

It is considered how energy efficiency of the fuel gas depends on the rational choice of gas transmission systems operation modes, in a market conomy. It is illustrated estimated calculated how the efficiency factor of gastransportation system depends on the amount of gas pumped, and on this basis production functions of both compressor stations and linear transport sections line sections are built, with special focus at constructive use of power resources. Technical and economic analyses of gas pumping efficiency at different modes are conducted; as a result the dependence of gas transportation costs on gas pumping mode parameters is established. Optimum performance of the gas transmission system is determinedy the maximum difference in gas transportation income and expenditure {receipt and consumption). Examples of Calculations and modelling conditions for gas transportation on the pipeline "Soyuz" are offered.
