THE COMPOSITE CONSOLIDATION OF SUCKER RODS BY METALLIZED COATING AND GLASS-PLASTIC ISOLATION

Pumping oil with the help rod pump sucker rods are often damage and this damage greatly influences oil industry enterprise. To increase the endurance of sucker rods which are used in corrosive-active environment the composite consolidation of sucker rods by metallized coatings and glass-plastic isolation is proposed. To consolidate new sucker rods and repair used sucker rods the technology of zinc-epoxy-gum elastic coating is worked out. The results of research showed that wear resistance of these coatings is high during friction of sucker rod columns against the surface of pump-compressor pipe. Besides, the given coating reduces the possibility of resin-paraffin materials sediment on the sucker rods appreciably, that allows to preserve the proper regime of oil pumping for some time.
