Abstract

The doclad is devoted to development of methods of automatic antypompage control and protection of centrifugal supercharger of the compressor station of dug-out of gas, that allows to shorten time on the exposure of vibrations in running part of compressor by determination of co-ordinates of q-point of centrifugal supercharger in the system of co-ordinates a «polytropic pressure - volume expense», or a «degree of compression of gas - mass expense» and account of high-quality experience of experts and experimental information. The method of automatic pompage protection of compressor centrifugal supercharger in the operating condition is offered. This method is based on information about the complex of parameters, which help to determinate the current value of remoteness of co-ordinates of q-point of supercharger from the set value, and also minimum value of remoteness, which is farther used as current and for the determination of the signal of error settles accounts for the control of management devices and realization of antypompage adjustings. This provides the reliable protecting for centrifugal supercharger from the sudden origin of pompage at fast-acting indignations, or fluctuations of gas stream, on condition of invariability of the set limit of pompage.
