Road transport is a key component in the modern world and plays an important role in the development of society and the economy. The production of cars and their components creates many jobs, and their sale and provision of technical services generate significant profits for the state. Cargo transported by transport helps to support global trade, ensuring speed and timeliness of deliveries. Technological solutions contribute to the emergence of safe, more efficient and environmentally friendly cars. One of the innovative technologies is the introduction of automatic control systems aimed at improving traffic safety. An important aspect is that the rapid development of the automotive industry leads to the emergence of questions and the search for measures to increase the efficiency of the use of vehicles and special equipment in performing production tasks, reducing the time for preparing vehicles for work, preparing and processing travel documents, increasing control over the company's fuel and fuel costs, employee time worked, increasing industrial safety, traffic safety and labor protection, implementing innovative information security systems, cyber protection, accounting and control of various costs. Analysis of the current state of development of automated transport management systems, modern domestic GPS monitoring systems, effective and safe use of navigation equipment sets; obtaining experimental results on the adjustment of vehicle navigation equipment sets of the current GPS monitoring system, testing of the transport management system. There are many advantages to using TMS for accurate and efficient transportation of cargo from the place of departure to the destination. Small and medium-sized transport companies will see that TMS can improve daily operations and provide a better level of customer service. Below are some of the advantages of TMS: Reduces cost. The most effective system will study the financial aspects of each route to determine which is the most efficient. Increases supply chain efficiency. The productivity of trucking companies increases thanks to its new ability to track drivers and inventory. Manages inventory effectively. With the support of a reliable TMS solution, companies can track the life cycles of their orders and shipments in real time. As a result, they will be able to more accurately predict their inventory, increasing supply chain transparency and accountability. Minimal documentation – helps save time. A more difficult metric for TMS customer service to track is how much time it saves for itself and its customers by reducing documentation. Since TMS automates all accounting, it reduces the amount of paperwork and documents needed to run a business properly.
