MECHATRONIC APPROACH IN THE ANALYSIS OF MOBILE MINING COMPLEXES

Availability of synergistically connected mechanical, power, electronic, and data components is the feature of modern mining equipment. That points to the objects mechatronic nature. Practical tasks of mechatronic systems design and study as well as their part optimization in the field of coal machine-building are unconsidered calling for further research. Basic features of the sets are: Increase in power supply capacity at relative scaling-down of overall dimensions which is determined with the help of mined coal layers thickness; Random nature of varying over a wide range loads within basic subsystems of the equipment; Movability and instability of the set machines, and spatial indirectness of their relative position; Restricted power of mine electric supply networks and farness of loads result in considerable losses of a drive torque; Intrinsically safe control systems which couses great problems in providing correct speed of data transfer; Ergonomic problems depending on limitations of psychophysiologic capabilities of human operator while working with low layers; that involves application of so-called limited manning on the basis of equipment intellectualization. The paper identifies relation types between components; functional and structural chart of the set as mechatronic system is proposed. Then – each component model development and formation of mechatronic aggregate in whole (the paper can not concerns it due to ircumscript size). After models have been studied, engineering development of separate components and a set in whole takes place.
