The non-stationary mathematical model of distribution of heat from the thermal source of gas pipeline in an environment is offered, the results of physical design are provided. Amount of heat which is accumulated in soil can be defined as a difference between the heat, produced by a pipe in a given interval of time, and losses of heat in an environment during that time.
Losses of heat in an environment were determined by the law of Fur'e at the known distribution of temperatures in soil. As a result conformity of forming of the temperature field is obtained round the heated gas pipeline. Model adequacy is proven by comparing prognosis parameters to the fact sheets, obtained on the physical model of gas pipeline.
