Abstract

On the basis of the obtained linearized mathematical model of the two-stage oil separation process, a synthesis of an automatic control system for the two-stage oil separation process has been carried out. During the analysis of
the two-stage separation unit structural scheme, it has been established that there are not only direct links "command signal – pressure in the separator" and "command signal – the level of oil in the separator," but also cross links between the input and output of the object. The obtained results of synthesis of the automatic control system of the two-stage oil separation process will be used for simulation in the software product and MATLAB mathematical laboratory.
