Abstract

Clarification of diagnostic signs of defects is conducted during the vibration diagnosing of the piston-rod bearings of gasmotocompressors (GMK) 10ГКН.

For the search of the most effective diagnostic signs of defects of the piston-rod bearings vibration researches of gasmotocompressors 10ГКН with the diameter of compressor cylinders 320 mm were conducted. Researches were executed by means of the analyzer of spectrums of vibration ACE-6400. The spectrums of vibrations were accumulated in a frequency range 10-2500 Hz, amount of given mean values– 8, amount of lines – 3200. The spectrums of vibration of the piston-rod bearings were taken off on aggregates before conducting of the planned review in places, determined according SOU 74.3-30019775-150:2009 "Compressor stations. gasmotopumping aggregates. Control of the technical state of сompressors of type 10ГКН" in the SC "Ukrgazvydobuvannya". During the planned review the actual defects of the probed assemblies were determined.

A new frequency range and maximum value of SRV of vibroacceleration is selected with the best value of probability of determination of defects of the piston-rod bearings of GMK 10ГКН.

Probability of defection of the bearing in good condition, probability of detection of the imperfect bearing, probability of erroneous defecting and probability of admission of the imperfect bearing, is estimated.

The crooked probabilities of distributing of the imperfect and good state of the piston-rod bearings are built depending on vibroacceleration.

Clarification of diagnostic signs of defects during conducting of the vibration diagnosing of the piston-rod bearings of GMK 10ГКН will give an opportunity number of timely identified defects, increase reliability and resource of machines, decrease expenses on exploitation and repair of GMK.
