SYNTHESIZING OF THE ADAPTIVE SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING OVER THE PROCESS OF A POWERFUL HYDRAULIC FRACTURING

This work is dedicated to creating an adaptive system for controlling over the process of a powerful hydraulic fracturing. In this paper, basing on the analysis of the process of powerful hydraulic fracturing as a object of monitoring and management the structural arrangement of hydraulic fracturing has been designed. The basic controlling and controlled parameters of the process have been defined. We’ve carried out the identification of the process of the powerful hydraulic fracturing basing on the regression analysis of experimental data, obtained during the minihydraulic fracturing at well 430-Bytkiv NGMM “Nadvirnanaftogaz”, a standard model of the object has been defined. We’ve synthesized the adaptive control system basing on a standard model, the main element of which is an adaptation unit. In this paper we’ve stated the adaptive system operation algorithm of the process of the powerful hydraulic fracturing when using the fast gradient algorithm for integral objective functional. Transit processes have been simulated using the software package Matlab.
