THE ANALYSIS OF UNSTEADY GAS DYNAMIC PROCESSES, WHICH APPEAR IN TRANSIENT GAS PIPELINE REGIMES

The necessities in application of methods of analysis of unsteady nonisothermal flows in gas pipelines are shortly represented in the paper. Modern achievements in section of mathematical design of the unsteady pipeline regimes of the gas-transport systems are analysed. A boundary problem is formulated and the sweep method is considered for its decision. It is proven an existence of the inaccuracy of method application and offered the method of the considerable diminishing of value of the mentioned inaccuracy. The results of numerical experiment, which confirm efficiency of application of the improved sweep method are represented.
