SYSTEM AND SYNERGETIC MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES OF OIL AND GAS PRODUCTION COMPANIES

The article deals with the concept resolving of the scientific and applied problems of formation, utilization, and development of system and synergetic management principles of corporate structure oil-and-gas-producing
companies. The significance of systematic and synergetic approach to economic development management of corporate structure oil-and-gas-producing companies has been grounded, the terminological and categorical
apparatus in the sphere of studying of system and synergetic companies management has been clarified. A paradigm of synergetic development of the corporate structure oil-and-gas-producing companies and management conception
of oil-and-gas-producing companies on the basis of the formation of positive and negative feedbacks has been worked out. A phenomenological mathematical model of the production of hydrocarbons has been developed. The
structure of the informational support for management decision making at a workplace has been improved. The problem of interaction coordination of subsystems in an integrated hierarchical system of corporate structure oiland-
gas-producing companies management has been solved. Methodological principles for problem solving of the work organization of the subsystems of synergetic focus, interaction, organizational-and-synergetic integration, and
innovative-and-synergetic development of oil-and-gas-producing companies have been stated, a system model of formation of synergetic effects in their activity has been developed. Conceptual principles for corporate
development management of oil-and-gas-producing companies on the basis of synergy have been worked out. The most important trends that have the main reserves of the corporate structure oil-and-gas-producing companies on
the system-and-synergy bases that aim at improving of the management systems by developing and taking more grounded management decisions and improving of information support systems in the management sphere have
been suggested
